Vestibular rehabilitation is a specialized form of physical therapy designed to reduce dizziness, vertigo, imbalance, and visual instability caused by inner ear or neurological conditions. If you experience spinning sensations, lightheadedness, difficulty focusing your eyes, or unsteadiness while walking, vestibular therapy can help retrain your balance system.
Falls are not a normal part of aging—and many are preventable. Our fall prevention program focuses on improving strength, balance, coordination, and awareness to reduce fall risk and promote independence.
Vestibular rehabilitation may help individuals with:
Vertigo and dizziness
Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV)
Vestibular neuritis or labyrinthitis
Post-concussion symptoms
Balance problems related to aging or neurological conditions
Send us a message or book an appointment to see how vestibular rehab can help you in more ways than one.

Dry needling is an effective physical therapy treatment used to relieve muscle pain, reduce tension, and improve movement. A licensed physical therapist uses a thin, sterile needle to target muscle trigger points that cause pain and restricted motion.
This evidence-based technique helps release tight muscles, increase blood flow, and restore normal function. Dry needling is commonly used for neck pain, back pain, shoulder pain, headaches, plantar fasciitis, sports injuries, tendinitis and muscle strains.
Benefits of Dry Needling
Reduces muscle pain and tightness
Improves mobility and range of motion
Promotes faster healing
Enhances results of physical therapy
Mild soreness may occur after treatment and typically resolves within 24–48 hours. Dry needling is often combined with exercise and manual therapy for optimal results.
Dry Needling isn’t covered by insurance but is a cash pay service by itself or an add on to physical therapy services. Prices are from $55 for a follow up appointment. Initial Evaluation without physical therapy is $100.

Musculoskeletal (MSK) diagnostic ultrasound is a safe, non-invasive imaging technique used to evaluate muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints, and soft tissues in real time. It uses high-frequency sound waves to produce detailed images without radiation. The imaging will be done during your treatment and all of the information will be shared with you as we go.
MSK ultrasound allows a sight line into the body to see what is actually going on. We are able to diagnose tendon tears, fluid build up, see and grade arthritis changes, see muscle strains and inflammation, ligament injuries as well as help us guide our dry needling into the right place. This can be done on all extremities but not the spine.
MSK ultrasound supports more precise, personalized treatment plans by confirming findings from the physical exam, monitoring tissue healing over time, and helping guide exercise progression. It can also improve patient understanding by visually demonstrating the source of symptoms and recovery progress.
The exam is quick, painless, and performed right in the clinic, allowing therapy to continue without delay.
Diagnostic Ultrasound can be done during a typical PT appointment, as an add-on cash service to insurance based PT, or on its own without physical therapy. Prices range from $55-165 based on time.
